Lavender and Rosemary Essential oils are excellent for soothing the skin and used together they may help in relieving eczema and skin allergies. Some clinical studies that were done on thyme showed a good skin allergy and eczema relief, in addition, coconut oil provides good skin hydration and may reduce inflammation as well as discomfort. Patchouli essential oil is great for skin soothing and irritation.
