Niacinamide: Niacinamide is called vitamin B3 or Vitamin PP, research have showed the excellent effects of Niacinamide on skin repair, skin hyperpigmentation, and acne.  Niacinamide has been used in Asian countries for many years to lighten the skin, and as a skin depigmentation ingredient. Niacinamide can prevent excessive melanin synthesis, and appears to consistently decrease the amount of melanin delivered to keratinocytes, which helps in preventing skin darkening.
3. Artimesia Extract: Artimesia is an ancient herb that is part of TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine), has been used in Asian countries for centuries for skin whitening, studies showed that Artimesia Extract has strong depigmentation effects.
