Blood Orange - Used as a remedy to help with anxiety and nervousness. It can also help stimulate the senses and inspire positive thinking.

Patchouli - Commonly used in aromatherapy as an antidepressant. It encourages the release of serotonin and dopamine; hormones which ease feelings of anger, anxiety and anxiousness.

Bergamot - Known to build confidence and enhance your mood. Helps you create a sense of joy, freshness and energy by improving blood circulation.

Grapefruit Pink - Encourages the release of fatty acids in your bloodstream and your body breaks down those fatty cells for energy.

Neroli - Contains properties that reduce stress, increase sexual desire, reduces blood pressure and cortisol levels.

This product is very concentrated and it needs to be diluted with a carrier oil such as Jojoba oil. Add 5-20 drops to 1-2 oz of carrier oil, shake and apply to the area by massaging it for few minutes.
